Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact us if you have problems with your order. Bath & body products are a personal care products, and due to COVID-19, I do not accept returns on any item that has been opened or used. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me so we can discuss an appropriate solution. We do not refund the purchase cost based on personal taste such as scent, color, or texture, nor do we refund based on irritation of the skin. Please be aware of your allergies and look at our ingredients list carefully. We are not responsible for any reaction caused by our products to a person with a known allergy. Natural ingredients may cause sensitivities or irritation. Dantilly Soapworks and Co. is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description includes a complete list of ingredients. It’s a good practice to test the product on the inside of your elbow first and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue its use
We try our best to describe the scents based on the essential oils used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the appropriate decision.
